Welcome to Emmanuel Evangelical Church Chippenham |
|
We are an independent evangelical church based in Chippenham, Wiltshire (United Kingdom). The Church meets every Sunday at Hardenhuish School, which is conveniently situated just minutes from Junction 17 of the M4.
We seek to teach and understand the message of the Bible, which is just as relevant today as it ever was. Our aim is to glorify God and enjoy a real relationship with him through faith in his Son, Jesus Christ.

Please come in and have a look around. If there is anything else you would like to know about our church please contact us. |

On Saturday (22nd May) 20 men from Emmanuel Church Chippenham went to the first Bristol Men's Convention, held at Kensington Baptist Church in Bristol. It was a great occasion, with fantastic singing, great fellowship and excellent ministry from the Word. Mike Cain, John Stevens and Rupert Bentley-Taylor spoke on the subject "What kind of man?" from Matthew 8 to 10. The talks are available for download from www.bristolmensconvention.co.uk

Emmanuel Church Chippenham today remembered God's faithfulness to us as we celebrated our 5th church anniversary. Richard Underwood (FIEC Gen Sec) was our guest preacher, and he brought two challenging messages about the mission of the church (you can listen to these sermons on our website).

Emmanuel Church Chippenham first met on April 17th 2005, and in these five years the number who meet together has grown from around 70 to 120+ every Sunday morning. But more importantly than just numbers, we have known God's blessings in so many ways that we can only give him the thanks and praise for his faithfulness and love to us. |
